With chocolate chips that are velvety and pressed! On the outside, it's little crunchy, but on the inside, it's soft. This is my all-time favourite cookie recipe, and after you try it, you'll want to make it as well
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (100g) Brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup (50g) White sugar
- 1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large Egg
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 1½ (190g) All-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup (160g) Chocolate chips or less if you prefer
